Motivation

The development of software for the analysis and processing of medical image data is a time-consuming and complex process. miaGraph was developed to provide a tool that enables the intuitive and fast creation of image processing pipelines.

Goals and procedure

The miaGraph is based on the libraries ITK, OpenCV, VTK, Qt/QML and the miaViewer. It is especially adapted to the requirements of ReMIC and is continuously extended and updated. The architecture of miaGraph allows a parallel execution of nodes as well as the integration of any libraries of image processing.
